For A really well done Brrip hold off until one of the top three teams makes a release. Blu-Ray rips are very good quality when done by the right groups they almost always match the disc in terms of PQ!

For what I've seen converting it at the same resolution than a dvd, for example, provides better quality than ripping it from a dvd source for the same definition.
